Introduction script
Our next speaker spent 17 years preparing CEOs and executives for their highest-stakes moments, leading brand, PR and communications for organizations in tech, professional services and higher education. Along the way, she noticed that the most capable people in the room were often the ones holding back their best thinking. She calls it the Quiet Override, and today she helps leaders catch it and turn what they know into influence. Please welcome Holly Subervi.

Long bio (about 150 words, for websites and press)
Holly Subervi is an Austin, Texas–based leadership keynote speaker and workshop facilitator who helps high-achieving leaders close the gap between what they know and how they show up, especially in the moments that matter most.
For 17+ years, Holly led brand, PR and communications for enterprise organizations across tech, professional services, higher education and manufacturing, preparing CEOs and C-suite teams for their highest-stakes moments. Along the way, she noticed that the most capable people in the room were often the ones holding back their best thinking. She named it the Quiet Override: the split-second moment capable leaders overrule what they know before anyone challenges them.
Today, through her signature keynote, Qualified to Quoted, and hands-on workshops, Holly helps organizations turn the expertise they already have into influence. She is the founder of Inner Badass, Board Member and Marketing Director of NSA Austin, and a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin.

Yes. Every engagement starts with a planning call, and examples, language and exercises are adapted to your industry, audience and event theme.
Does Holly speak virtually?
Yes. Holly delivers live virtual keynotes and workshops on Zoom, Microsoft Teams or your platform, with exercises built for virtual audiences and a tech check before the session.
Can we pair the keynote with a workshop?
Yes, and many organizations do. The keynote introduces the Quiet Override to a full audience, and the Visible & Credible workshop helps a leadership team put it into practice. For deeper work, add the four-session cohort, which covers LinkedIn presence and an AI voice toolkit.
Can Holly do a fireside chat or panel?
Yes. Holly's ideas work well in a moderated conversation, and she can join a panel on leadership communication, executive presence or women's leadership.
What does Holly need on site?
A wireless lavalier or headset microphone, a screen with HDMI input, a wireless slide clicker and, ideally, a confidence monitor. Workshops work best with the room set in rounds.
How far in advance should we book Holly?
Ideally three to six months ahead for conferences and keynotes. Shorter timelines are often possible, so ask about your date even if it’s soon.

Yes, with advance agreement. Recording for internal use is typically included. Public or commercial use of the recording is discussed at booking.
What does Holly need from us before the event?
A short planning call, a brief questionnaire about your audience and goals, your event agenda, and a contact for AV and logistics. Holly takes it from there.
Do attendees get a handout or worksheet?
Yes. Workshop and cohort participants receive a worksheet, and keynote audiences can receive a one-page takeaway to keep the ideas alive after the event.
Where does Holly travel from?
Holly is based in Austin, Texas and speaks nationwide. Travel details are confirmed at booking.
Can you send headshots, a bio and the one-sheet?
